Shipping policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

At Casebook, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During busy periods or unforeseen events, processing may occasionally take up to 5 business days. Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email.

Shipping Methods

We provide the following delivery options:

  • Australia Post – Choose from Standard or Express shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen courier:

  • Australia Post Standard: 3–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Australia Post Express: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is managed by the courier and is outside our direct control.

  • Packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Damage occurring during transit unless caused by our negligence.

  • Delays caused by courier or postal service issues.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of dispatch:

  1. Contact your local Post Office or courier depot.

  2. If the issue isn’t resolved, email us at sales@casebook.com.au

Australia Post requires 15 business days before officially declaring a shipment lost.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and take clear photos of the damage. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@casebook.com.au for assistance.

Casebook cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers.

  • Damage during transit unless directly caused by our negligence.

  • Returns of parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Losses from not collecting items promptly from postal or courier pickup points.
